Trust is easy to gain but just as easy to lose. It’s our nature to quickly decide whether we trust a product or not based on its appearance, but a poor experience can taint that trust forever. In this session, we will explore the traits that make an experience design trustworthy, integrating trust for design into design thinking activities, and how to explain design decisions made for trust to team members and clients.

- Assess designs for how the viewer will trust their visual and interactive messages
- Look at a product’s long term success based on trust, rather than short-term profit gains
